Learning Visits Coordinator

We are looking for a part time Learning Visits Coordinator (term time only)

Once the top-secret home to World War Two Codebreakers, our Mission is to preserve and enhance Bletchley Park, to attract, engage and educate visitors from all over the world through the continuing restoration and development of the entire estate and our exhibitions. Bletchley Park is a vibrant heritage attraction, open daily to visitors.

We are currently seeking a Learning Visits Coordinator to join our busy Learning team. A first point of contact for enquiries, the Learning Visits Coordinator is responsible for organising formal and informal learning visits including managing bookings, itineraries, scheduling and organising Session Leaders and Volunteers to deliver learning activities as required.

Having excellent interpersonal and customer service skills you will be confident in welcoming groups, delivering briefings to teams and organising a smooth and enjoyable visit. A team player, you thrive in a busy office environment with the ability to work flexibly under pressure. You will be highly organised, have strong written and verbal communication skills and a good eye for detail.
