Book a Learning Visit
Learning
In line with latest lockdown measures in England, Bletchley Park is currently closed and we have temporarily paused Learning bookings.
We are looking forward to welcoming you back soon to our award-winning learning programme.
Please sign up to our email newsletter to stay in touch and to be one of the first to hear when we reopen.
How to book
Bookings are currently paused but as soon as we reopen, this will be our booking process.
- Identify 3 – 4 possible dates for your visit or virtual learning session.
- Email [email protected] to enquire about availability. Please include:
– Your 3-4 preferred visit dates
– The number, age and year group of your learning visitors (as appropriate)
– Your school/organisation name and contact details
– Any additional needs within the group, including your social distancing requirements. - Please allow five working days for a response. During this time you might find it useful to check the Onsite FAQs and Essential Information, and to think about which session you would like to book for your learning visitors.
- Once a provisional booking is in place you will be sent a link to the booking form. This must be completed in order to confirm your booking and must be returned a minimum of six weeks before your visit.
- You can cancel or amend your visit without penalty up to 14 calendar days before the booked date.
- During the week before your visit you will be sent a full itinerary for your day (facilitated programme visits only). Please ensure that copies are distributed to all accompanying adults.
