All gift tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Afternoon tea experiences must be pre-booked. Please allow 12 weeks for booking to avoid disappointment.
All gift tickets are sent out by Royal Mail on the day of purchase (Monday to Friday), providing the order is received before 14:00. Gift tickets orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Each ticket can only be used once.
