4.1 We provide resources on this website for the use of teachers and learning group leaders in relation to planned visits to the Bletchley Park site. You may cut and paste material and adapt them as you see fit provided you do not distribute the material to others. These materials may not be used outside this situation without our written permission.
4.2 The material may not be distributed in any other way other than through this website. It may not be reproduced (or adapted) and sold by individuals, publishers or any other institution. The material on this site may not be distributed on a disk, CD-ROM, website, email, as part of a magazine or LEA publication without written permission. The site (or parts of it, including .htm, .pdf or .swf files) may not be stored as part of an intranet without our express written permission. Downloading resources from this website and selling them (e.g. via Ebay) is illegal.

4.5 Our formal learning resources are grouped by Key Stages. This is merely an indication of the age group for which the resources are designed for. It is not our recommendation that the material is suitable for use by all students in that age group. Teachers / learning group leaders must check that the resources on the website meet the specific requirement of your pupils.
4.6 We advise teachers/ learning group leaders to check the accuracy and suitability of all activity sheets, lesson plans and linked sites before using them with their students/groups.
4.7 Our online safety app, Mail Maze
This is an online game designed for children to test their awareness of online safety issues and how their privacy may be at risk depending on information they share or online account settings they choose. Although the online game encourages users to enter personal information, this data is entered on a secure internet page and is not stored after the game is left.
5. HYPERLINKS AND THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
5.1 We provide hypertext links to other sites which are operated by other people. Using such a link means you are leaving our Site and we take no responsibility for, and give no warranties, guarantees or representations in respect of linked sites.
5.2 We encourage other organisations and individuals to link their websites to this website. However if you wish to establish a link to this website or any of its content, the Parties require that the link does not open within a frameset from another website and that the referring website makes it clear that the content belongs to Bletchley Park Trust.
